I honestly thought I could keep this up for a year, but I think I was a little overzealous in this commitment. I have just started working a 45 hour week; so kick me in the shins all you like. I’m not usually one to give up on anything, and I was enjoying it immensely - I’m still going to snap strangers, but one a day was just getting too tiring. Lesson learned; ambition is good, over-ambition is not so good all of the time.

Ah, that felt good. I might pick this up again soon when I have more time, it doesn’t help that i’m currently in a small country town where everyone thinks i’m a freak already. Melbourne may re-motivate me :)

See, I told you I wasn’t cheating! There’s a few more coming from my Ae-1, too, so you’ll just have to wait.

So the story is, I picked up 6 x black and white film on special. So I have ditched the D60 for a while. I promise I am still taking a photo of one stranger a day; only they’re going to be a while as they’re still in my lovely little AE-1.
